Cancellation Policy
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each pet, we respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a new appointment scheduled within 7 days.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-show appointments are responsible for 100% of the scheduled service cost.
