Signature Style Session

The Signature Style Session includes everything in our Signature Cleanse — a customized luxury bath and conditioning treatment, thorough brush-out, precision blow-dry, nail care, ear care, and detailed paw and sanitary maintenance — and is completed with a customized haircut and styling tailored to your preference and your pet’s coat type. Every style is performed with attention to balance, coat integrity, and comfort, ensuring your pet leaves polished, confident, and impeccably groomed. More than a haircut — it’s a refined transformation designed with intention. Please note: Appointments booked at 6 PM or later will include our After-Hours Concierge add-on.

Additional Pet Appointment (add on)

This add-on is required when booking grooming services for more than one pet during the same appointment time. Each additional pet will be serviced according to their individual Signature Style Session pricing based on size, coat type, and grooming needs. This add-on ensures adequate time is reserved to provide each pet with the same level of professional, gentle, and detail-focused care. Please select this add-on for each additional pet scheduled during your visit.

Enhanced Scissor Styling (add-on)

This add-on is recommended for pets requesting longer styles, rounded finishes, or more detailed hand-scissored shaping beyond standard maintenance trimming. Additional time is reserved to carefully refine the coat using hand-scissoring techniques to achieve a softer, more polished finish while maintaining coat balance and style integrity. Ideal for pets maintaining fuller styles, breed-inspired trims, or customized styling preferences.

Coat Reset (add-on)

Required when coat is matted or heavily tangled. Includes safe preshaving as needed and extensive brushing to restore comfort.

Handling Support (add-on)

Applied when additional time, skill, and safety measures are required due to behavioral challenges during the grooming process. This charge reflects the extra care, patience, and professional handling needed to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort.

Relief Cleanse (add-on)

A targeted spa treatment designed to eliminate active fleas while restoring comfort to the skin and coat. This service features an all-natural, professional flea-removal cleanse, soothing conditioning treatment, meticulous comb-out, and precision blow-dry to protect coat integrity and promote skin balance. Designed to purify, calm, and reset — because healthy skin is the foundation of every beautiful coat. Please Note: This treatment addresses live fleas present during the appointment. Ongoing home and environmental prevention is required to prevent reinfestation. Severe infestations may require additional time and handling support fees to ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in our care.

Paw Restore

A focused paw treatment designed to refresh and protect. Includes nail trim and filing, detailed paw pad and foot trimming, followed by a soothing paw pad massage with moisturizing treatment to restore softness and comfort. Perfect for maintaining healthy, polished paws between grooming sessions.

Light facial shaping to maintain a neat, polished appearance between full grooming sessions.

Petology Concierge Transport

Enjoy the convenience of door-to-door transport with Petology’s Concierge service. Your pet will be safely and comfortably transported to and from their grooming appointment, allowing you to experience a seamless, stress-free visit. Available within approximately 20 miles of Petology to maintain efficient travel times and ensure timely service for all clients. Transportation is scheduled in coordinated pickup windows. Availability may vary based on route planning and appointment timing. Because your pet’s safety and comfort are our priority, all pets must be secured appropriately for travel.

After Hours Concierge Appointment

$20.00 deposit required

For clients who require flexibility beyond standard operating hours, Petology offers limited extended-hour appointments by request. This concierge accommodation allows access to our Signature grooming services at alternative times to better support busy schedules. Availability is limited and subject to approval. Concierge fee required.

Petology Home Grooming Coaching

A personalized one-on-one coaching session designed to help pet parents confidently maintain their pet’s grooming needs between professional grooming appointments. During this session, you will learn essential at-home maintenance techniques including proper brushing and combing to prevent tangles and matting, how to safely clean and maintain your pet’s ears, guidance on light nail trimming, and how to recognize problem areas before they develop into coat or skin issues. This session focuses on maintenance between grooming visits and is not intended to teach full grooming techniques such as haircutting or breed styling. Your session also includes the Petology Complete Coat Care Kit, featuring a professional brush, Petology engraved comb, and Hydra detangling spray so you can confidently practice what you learn at home. For best results, most pets benefit from professional grooming every 4–8 weeks depending on coat type and lifestyle.
